Fires and Accidents

Here I will try to give you a starting point for the fire calls I am able to document.  You won't normally see me in any pictures, as I am taking them.  They are also frequently after all patients are loaded or fires put out.  Sometimes I am lucky enough to have Pattie take some while things are actually going on.

I will try to get to documenting them as time goes on, but this web page is a hobby so it may be awhile.

Please note that these pages contain many images and may take some time to load on a dial-up connection.  I know I can make them smaller, but I don't want to.

Two Car Head-on Collision

June 15th, 2002, about 2:30pm

bulletPattie followed the trucks out to this accident and got some great pictures.  This may be a rather long load time, as usual.

I was getting ready to take Devon to school this morning when the pager went off for "an overturned vehicle".  It turned out to be a small world kind of thing...

Auto Body Shop Fire

October 9th, 2003, about 10:30pm

I was getting to sleep early one night when we were called out to a fire at an auto body shop.

November 15th, 2003, about 1:15pm

I was sound asleep when we did exactly what we had trained for one night this summer, a truck turned over with a trapped occupant.
